Easter Immersion

For this year’s O Y N S Easter Immersion we welcomed 16 participants. Singapore, Netherlands, Kuwait, Germany, Lebanon, Italy, USA, Turkey and Norway; the nationalities were as varied as the ages and walks of life.

Still, the individuals quickly became a solid unit, sharing cries, giggles and hugs. The group energy that emerged when everyone showed up dedicated and curious was really something out of the ordinary to witness.

Infused with play, music, movement, nervous system talks, relating and relaxation, OYNS has a specific breathwork meditation modality called Vivation at its core. One of the reasons for this is its swift transferability to daily life.

More than a breathwork practice, Vivation can be used as a practical toolbox and a perspective that allows for more gentleness and lightheartedness towards oneself and for challenges in life to be viewed and dealt with as opportunities for emotional healing.

As I see it, Vivation wraps ancient wisdom in a package that is just plain fun and accessible and indeed even pleasurable!

And if there was one thing that would increase our capacity to stay open and receptive to the world around us and enjoy life more wouldn’t that be to feel pleasure just being in our own body?
